Can I legally grow cannabis in Malta?

Adults resident in Malta are allowed to grow up to 4 plants at home. The rules are set out in Act LXVI of 2021 — Authority on the Responsible Use of Cannabis Act, 2021 (Government Gazette of Malta No. 20,753 — 18.12.2021), which is worth reading in full. Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Malta & Gozo — same-day on Gozo for orders placed during working hours.

How fast is delivery in Gozo?

On Gozo, orders placed Monday–Friday before 19:00, or Saturday before 14:00, are normally delivered the same day — later orders on the next working day. Deliveries to mainland Malta normally arrive within 1–2 working days.

Can I buy weed/cannabis in Gozo or Malta?

We're a seed bank — we sell cannabis seeds, not cannabis. In Malta, adults resident here can join a registered cannabis club; visitors can't legally obtain THC products here.
