Biscotti Gelato is an updated version of a line first released in limited batch at the beginning of 2025, refined through further selection to improve stability for 2026. The Biscotti (Cookies) side was kept unchanged, selected for its structure, density, and baked, slightly spiced profile. On the Gelato (Sherbinski's) side, the selection shifted toward a phenotype with stronger Sunset Sherbet influence, adding depth to the terpene profile. The resulting expression leans into a layered Gelato character, combining creamy sweetness with gas, berry, and light tropical notes, while the flavor carries a doughy, baked quality with a subtle spicy edge. This is a feminized photoperiod strain, requiring a light-cycle change to initiate flowering, with a flowering period of approximately 10 weeks once switched. The line has been stress-tested across different growing conditions to improve vigor, structure, and consistency across the population.
